Safety and Energy Efficiency Education
At Sac Osage Electric Cooperative, we are committed to the communities we serve. One way we promote safety amongst communities is to provide an entertaining safety course for children or adults. The course generally lasts around 45 minutes, but can be tailored to the group or event. The demonstration will teach children to look up for power lines and make them aware of what they should do in case of an accident involving a power line. We also will demonstrate electrical generation and transmission which lets the participants become the power plant using our energy bike.
